The local workbook
Focus notes, evidence examples, application records and review topics use local browser storage. They are not uploaded by signing in or attached to general enquiries. Local storage is not an encrypted vault and may be readable by others using the same browser profile.
Downloads
Workbook exports are readable text files. Store them appropriately. Local records can be lost if browser data is cleared or profiles change; account access does not restore them.
Accounts and enquiries
Registration stores your name, email and salted password hash. Enquiries store the contact details, selected service, topic, reference and message you submit, with status and submission time. Do not include full CVs, confidential employer details, sensitive personal information or private third-party details.
Sessions and payment
An HTTP-only session cookie maintains sign-in for up to seven days. Account-linked enquiries and assigned invoices are restricted to that account. The payment provider handles card information. The site records payment references and status, not card details.
Purpose and retention
Submitted information supports account access, responding to enquiries and handling separately agreed services. Retention depends on the enquiry, agreement and applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact us with a relevant reference about access, correction or deletion.
Site services
No advertising trackers or third-party analytics are included. Clear the local workbook using the footer control or browser settings. Detailed service documents require a separately agreed sharing route.
