This site offers career service information, local preparation tools, account access and an enquiry route. Account functions are for adults aged at least 18. Do not misuse the site or access another account.
Local preparation tools
The workbook records your own notes, manually selected statuses and self-review topics. It does not assess employability, rank candidates, predict outcomes, submit applications or contact employers. Local data can be lost if browser storage is cleared.
Accuracy and privacy
Use truthful examples you can support. You remain responsible for factual accuracy and for deciding what to submit or publish. Avoid confidential, sensitive or private third-party information in local notes and general enquiries.
Service agreements
An enquiry is not a booking or order. Agree the actual provider, scope, deliverables, review rounds, responsibilities, timing, total fees and applicable cancellation terms before paid work begins. No interview, employment or earnings outcome is guaranteed.
Accounts and invoices
Keep credentials private. Email verification and automated password recovery are not provided. Only a service invoice assigned to your account can be paid here. Local preparation records never determine an invoice amount.
Questions and rights
Use the contact form with a relevant reference about services, invoices, changes or complaints. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that apply under relevant law.
